Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or approved by Front Stable AI.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be temporarily restricted while the payment dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment method used.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we detect suspicious usage, policy violations, excessive consumption, fraudulent behavior, unauthorized resale, or attempts to exploit the platform.
